WHAT TYPES OF HEALTH INSURANCE DO YOU ACCEPT?
We cover various private health insurance. Including Australian Unity (AU), NIB, AHM, CBHF, DOCHF, GH, HBF, Medibank, BUPA, Australia Rural Health Group (ARHG), HCF. If you are unsure, our staff is happy to answer any enquiries.
WHAT FUNDING DO YOU SUPPORT?
We are a registered NDIS provider.
Medicare/TAC/Workcover & Private health rebates available.
DO I NEED A DOCTOR’S REFERRAL?
No you do not. But feel free to bring along any documents. any additional information can always provide us a clearer picture.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Patients must give the Provider 48 hours notice prior to the appointment to avoid a cancellation charge. Provider’s cancellation policy will apply if 48 hours is not adhered to.
- 24 hours notice will require 50% of appointment fee.
- <2 hours notice or a failure to attend will require 100% of appointment fee.
